The Vice President of EndPoint Sales is responsible for providing leadership and management to a national sales organization. The successful candidate will introduce the value of BeyondTrust’s technology to the marketplace. In addition to being a significant contributor to the executive management team, he/ she will grow, develop, and lead a world class sales organization. This role will be located in our North Andover, MA office.

Responsibilities:
Define and set sales strategy

100% quota attainment through the sales process

Grow, lead and manage a sales team to optimize results and effectiveness

Set sales goals, measure and manage pipeline, and provide accurate forecasts

Build relationships with key customers

Report progress against business plan

Participate in large client discussions; manage the customer sales cycle; close deals

Provide accurate and timely revenue information, strategies and tactics to senior management

Promote high “activity” and “hunting” mentality among all sales team members

Oversee administrative sales functions including maintenance of customer database, integrity of pricing, tracking of bid projects, and forecasting future results

The successful candidate will meet or exceed the following criteria:

A minimum of 15 years of experience in sales and sales management

A minimum of 7 years in the software industry

Must have knowledge of the identity and access management and security software markets, industry trends, competitors, customer needs, and go to market strategies.

Business degree

Must have track record of over achieving quotas

Ability to build relationships and develop value with C-Level executives in large enterprises and navigate through large organizations to reach key decision makers

Exceptional oral, written, presentation, and communication skills

Ability to work with a high performance sales team and offer excellent coaching and team building skills

Ability to manage both local and remote sales reps

Willingness to travel
