ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:|
Major responsibilities will include:
Integral member of the leadership team and overall development of the organization.
Provide overall strategic and financial support for economical, operational, and financial issues regarding the organization.
Provide financial insight regarding capitalization, operations, and strategic decisions for the company.
Originate quantitative analysis for senior management and board of directors.
Create and deliver succinct presentations and support materials for investors, financial institutions, and board of directors.
Oversee statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data reported in various financial systems.
Oversee budget & financial reports of revenue/cost forecasting, trending, and results analysis.
Structuring, evaluation and execution of potential debt and/or equity placements.
Pro-forma P&L and interpretation, margin analysis, variable cost productivity, and strategic planning.
Product and customer mix & profitability optimization.
Create complex financial models and analyze financial data to evaluate Company’s current performance as well as forecast future activity.
Monitor KPIs (key performance indicators) as well as automate financial processes.
Must be a strong departmental leader and have experience managing a team.
Respond to Controller, CFO, partners and executive group with accurate and timely work to facilitate their financial needs.
Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile special reports.
Act as a Finance lead for project planning life-cycle to determine project scope, risks/issues, and potential contingency plans.
Assist where needed with the timely dissemination of monthly financial statements, annual audits and annual budgets.
Assist the implementation of adherence to policies, procedures, systems and controls designed to protect the integrity of the financial records.
Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions including but not limited to confidentiality (HIPAA) requirements (patient files, personal and proprietary information).
Adhere to company policies, including attendance and punctuality. Other duties may be assigned.
Masters in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting (MBA Preferred)
5-7 years of financial leadership experience ( experience in transactional/ Management consulting or investment banking preferred).
Strong understanding of corporate finance, equity markets, and business development.
Ability to handle highly confidential information (HIPAA and Ameritox).
OTHER REQUIRED SKILLS
Economic and accounting principles and practices, financial markets, analysis and reporting of financial data. Knowledge of advanced economic and financial valuation theory.
Language : Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical : Ability to comprehend and apply principles of advanced calculus, modern algebra, and advanced statistical theory. Ability to work with concepts such as limits, rings, quadratic and differential equations, and proofs of theorems.
Reasoning Ability : Ability to comprehend and apply principles of advanced calculus, modern algebra, and advanced statistical theory. Ability to work with concepts such as limits, rings, quadratic and differential equations, and proofs of theorems.
Computer : To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of and be capable of performing PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
