Vice President of Marketing and Business Development Ricoh eWriter Solutions is looking for a talented and experienced Vice President of Marketing and Business Development This position will be responsible for establishing and executing the overall marketing strategy by defining enhancing and communicating the company&rsquos position as a workflow solution in the enterprise market This proven leader will manage and mentor the marketing team develop and refine the product strategy and market segmentation The ideal candidate will have expertise in the document capture and workflow management space Ricoh EWS helps companies replace paper forms in their workflows with digital data capture tools and services Our Ricoh eWriter Solution comprised of a businessclass tablet and secure backend services allows workers to capture data in a natural and easy way Forms are autorouted securely authenticated then stored and transferred to backend workflow and content management systems The Vice President of Marketing Business Development will be responsible for Product management including market and customer research for market and product requirements pricing and interface with engineering for product development and product lifecycle management Determine market needs and generate product requirements and definition for development Product marketing including product launch management sales training presentations sales tools competitive analysis and general sales support Strategic planning including corporate positioning market and competitive analysis customer segment selection penetration plans and related product positioning Working with the executive team to identify and develop strategic alliances and grow major customer accounts Working closely with VP of Sales to develop and manage channel and partner strategies and programs Marketing communications including branding public relations advertising white papers trade shows seminar and event collateral materials analyst and market research management and website design and content Define and direct marketing programs for demand creation lead generation and tracking Manage an existing marketing organization to achieve excellence Ensure timely and effective execution of the marketing objectives and programs The ideal candidate will Possess 15+ years marketing management experience with an emphasis on product marketing Be well rounded in all aspects of marketing and sales methodology to business customers in the content and document management space Embody product marketing experience with a demonstrated track record of managing detailed product rollouts Have experience with document capture and workflow management to optimize business processes Be a strong leader with excellent analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex topics Have strong solutions marketing experience Have prior experience in mobile internet and enterprise software companies Possess a bachelor&rsquos degree or equivalent MBA is preferred &ldquoOur mission is to address technology gaps in the digital workflow by replacing paperbased writing solutions with efficient digital alternatives We increase our customers’ productivity while reducing their paper costs and carbon footprint Given the ongoing demand for paperless workflow solutions we expect this business to save our global customers billionsofdollars in cost and to win Ricoh and its selling partners billionsofdollars in revenue” Takashi Totsuka General Manager of Ricoh EWSGlobal Ricoh EWS is an equal opportunity employer Applicants must already be qualified to work in the USA Please visit our website at wwwricohewscom
