As VP, Marketing you will create and drive go-to-market strategies and lead the development of unique, innovative ideas to tell TiVo’s story. This person will be a key member of the Marketing Leadership Team and business partner to the TiVo’s Leadership team. In this broad marketing role, we're looking for someone with proven leadership in bringing consumer brands to life.


Serve as the leader of TiVo's brand, voice and creative expression across all marketing vehicles, channels and regions.

Develop big ideas and innovative marketing programs to inspire customers and improve TiVo's product awareness.

Partner with key cross-functional leaders within Brand Management/Marketing, Design and Creative to develop design, intent and product messaging strategy.

Think creatively, organically and synthetically to lead team of marketing professionals and our marketing communications agencies; ensure and deliver powerful execution and impact of all marketing communication programs while managing to budget and organizational objectives

Support teams in creating streamlined work processes; Focus teams and set clear priorities to deliver against demanding workload

Effectively manage cross-functional relationships will all agencies, key retail and business partners, product marketing, market research, service operations, customer support and operations, IT, finance as well as the broader marketing community to drive marketing programs and initiatives.

Serve as thought leader within the department as well as cross-functionally: responsible for galvanizing various organizational parties toward a cohesive actionable plan and focus

Execute online and offline marketing initiatives, integrating online and new media, email, print, direct mail, social media, company websites, SEM/SEO strategy development, brand awareness and drip marketing initiatives.

Help flourish relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.


10+ years marketing experience with consumer brands

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively as well as execute effectively

Strong team orientation: track record of working collaboratively with internal team members and external partners

Excellent communication and presentation skills; must have the ability to speak to how our various channels and partners work together for success

Must bring a reputation for exercising good judgment and successfully working in collaborative, dynamic, fast-paced environment

Must be action-oriented and capable of juggling multiple projects and priorities

Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment; capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
