Role & Responsibility

Provide direction for inside sales, field sales and sales engineering

Lead all sales initiatives and be a hands-on leader

Create and implement sales plan for US region

Player-coach until full team on-boarded

Develop comprehensive sales and account plans to achieve sales quota; focus is on the development of opportunities at new target accounts and development of new markets with partners

Drive strategic sales initiatives into the Financial Services Industry

Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with eBusiness and IT executives

Generating new business in existing accounts and in new markets, as well as playing a key role as you drive strategic, next-generation customer experience eBanking technology initiatives

Diagnose customers business issues, latent needs or technology pain points and translate these into a compelling solution and vision

Understand the industry and competitive landscape

Monitor the pipeline and maintain weekly forecast

Follow Solution Selling and/or other best practices

Lead qualification for all leads and sales opportunities

Sell new business and up-sell, leveraging business from new and established customer relationships


Proven track record exceeding quotas

7-10 years of enterprise solution sales experience selling, preferably in CRM, ERP, BI, CMS, Portal technologies

Familiarity with web technologies (such as portals, web 2.0, WCM, eCommerce, etc.)

Based in our New York office

Successfully direct sales into medium to large companies

Demonstrated success in driving and closing enterprise deals

Able to work in agile / start-up type of operation

Bachelor's Degree

Strategic account planning and execution skills

Ability to sell C-Level and across both IT and business unit members

Strong technical attitude

Passion and commitment for customer success
