Â¨ Plans and directs the marketing strategies of the organization, develops products and oversees the State filings. Other duties may be assigned.
Â¨ Establish strategic marketing campaigns that will achieve the corporate enrollment and objectives.
Â¨ Support sales force by providing encouragement and assistance to achieve monthly enrollment goals.
Â¨ Evaluate agentâ€™s performance periodically and make proper adjustments to assure objectives are met.
Â¨ Develops and executes a comprehensive marketing plan to meet both the short and long term goals of the company.
Â¨ Ensures the compliance of OIR/AHCA and other State and Federal laws, rules and regulations are being observed, as well as the HIPAA regulations.
Â¨ Assist in the advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media and direct mail.
Â¨ Researches, analyzes, demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity.
Â¨ Develops and manages marketing budget.
Â¨ Ensures effective control of marketing results and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
Â¨ Monitors competitive products, marketing activities and keep senior management informed.
Â¨ Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Â¨ Establishes and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key community and strategic partners.
Â¨ The candidate will maintain ongoing training sessions for Independent Brokers/Agents on a regular basis to maintain a cohesive relationship.
Â¨ Supervises sales, marketing campaigns, benefit design, filings and oversee the department administration and employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizationâ€™s policies and procedures.
Â¨ Assures the Health Plan adheres to the marketing requirement of governmental agencies, budget constraints and any additional requests from senior management.
Â¨ Responsibilities include but are not limited to training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; employee performance reviews; rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Â¨ State of Florida Health License (240) and a valid Florida Drivers License.
Â¨ Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet software.
Â¨ 6+ years of experience and/or training equivalent combination of education, experienced in a leading role / management position, and experienced in Healthcare and Health Maintenance Organization.
Â¨ Excellent presentation skills.
Â¨ Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Â¨ Strong team player and team building abilities.
Â¨ Creative problem solving skills.
Â¨ Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from members, family members, government agencies, and senior management.
