The VP of Employer Sales is responsible for cultivating new business and maximizing the sales of CareCore National’s products and services to self insured employer groups and third party organizations, Sales executives are responsible for increasing and developing sales in target industries listed above for existing and prospective clients for the following products and services :
§ Radiology benefit management
§ Cardiology benefit management
§ Radiation Therapy management
§ Medical Oncology management
§ Musculoskeletal and Intervention Pain Management
§ Sleep Disorder management
§ Molecular and Genetic Lab management

Responsibilities: As a member of the sales leadership team, the Sales Executive will have complete accountability for the full new business development life cycle, from developing strategies and plans to driving execution. Furthermore, the successful candidate will:
§ Participate in the development of employer-based sales deployment strategy from sales methodology development to sales organization growth strategies
§ Provide exceptional leadership and create a culture of high achievement, profit-focus and excellent customer service, while contributing to the overall management and strategic development of the company
§ Identifying and manage appropriate prospects within sales territory
§ Identify, build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients within assigned sales territory
§ Identify and develop potential partnership relationships with healthcare organizations to generate a stream of referral based business.
§ Initiating marketing activities for all potential prospects within territory
§ Schedule, setting up and prepare presentations with appropriate company representatives
§ Develop strong payer relationships
§ Identifying payer product needs and communicating to Executive Vice President of Business Development
§ Coordinate initial program/product implementation activities for all sales activities generated
§ Work closely with implementation contract manager to install the account
§ Participate in account quarterly and annual review meetings.
§ Represent the company at trade shows, events and demonstrations
§ Recording sales information in company’s dedicated contact management program
§ Coordinate the data analytics process for sales process
§ Prepare complete responses to all request for proposals within sales territory
§ Provide accurate, rapid proposals for service proposals to potential clients within service area
§ Review own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets; gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
5-10 yrs prior experience in professional services sales to senior-level executives of self-insured employers and TPAs.
History of establishing, expanding and closing complex, multi-million dollar service engagements
Ability to participate with a team of people through complex sales cycles
Excellent academic accreditations
Strong understanding of sales/marketing concepts
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple clients
Strong analytical ability and quantitative skills
Advanced clinical degree not required, but candidate must understand the financial and clinical goals of healthcare organizations and be able to position the solution offerings to address these
MBA or equivalent experience a plus
Prior consulting/delivery experience a plus
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
Ability and willingness to travel
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
