HOURS BI-WEEKLY: 80 (Full Time-Exempt)
We require prior healthcare experience and a Masters Degree in business, labor relations, or a related field. Qualified candidates will be expected to build effective relationships throughout the organization and be able to demonstrate experience, skill, and accomplishment in all functional aspects of human resources including: recruiting; compensation and benefits design and administration; retirement plan design and administration; compliance; policy development; management and staff development; performance management; workers’ compensation and safety; and employee relations.
The VPHR will serve as a member of the Corporate Team
and as a member of key advisory, compliance, and fiduciary
committees. The VPHR will further be expected to represent
Oswego Health by participating in local community initiatives.
The Vice President of Human Resources reports to the
