SUMMARY OF WORK ENVIRONMENT, WORK PERFORMED AND DESIRED OUTCOMES OR RESULTS:
The primary purpose of the VPS Associate is to work with all aspects of the verbatim processing services data collection process across multiple business units and methodologies. Specific task will include verbatim keying, verification, coding and code verification.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who appreciate variety in their day-to-day work and embrace an ever-changing environment. The VPS Associate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of our projects and may be asked to cross train in other areas of Survey Operations. This can involve data entry, verbatim processing, printing, inserting, opening mail and scanning surveys as well as participation in special projects.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, client-centered with a strong detail orientation. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

Working towards a college degree or college degree strongly preferred.

Availability:

We offer flexible scheduling. The department is open 7am – 11pm Monday through Friday. 8am – 4pm Saturday. Some weekends may be required.

Communication/
Organizational Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively with internal coworkers and clients. Must be able to multitask, take initiative and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment characterized by multiple deadlines and changing priorities. Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through are essential. Self starter with a strong sense of ownership, dedication and the ability to work independently and establish priorities.

Computer Skills:

MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
Keying speed/accuracy – 65 WPM net.
