DESCRIPTION

Responsible for parking, securing and retrieving customer vehicles. Provide shuttle/cart service, information and assist customers in front area of Casino.

DUTIES

1.Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt, efficient and friendly service, providing accurate Resort information and assistance in a pleasant manner at all times.

2.Promptly greets customers pulling into Valet parking area.

3.Receives vehicle from guest and fills out parking ticket, informing guest of process.

4.Parks vehicle in correct area and files ticket and keys.

5.As guests exit Casino, promptly retrieves car from parking area for guests.

6.Handles guest vehicles safely and cautiously at all times.

7.Maintains professional appearance and promotes guest courtesy at all times.

8.Adhere to and promote safety practices, ensuring customer, property and equipment safety.

9.Report suspicious activity and operational concerns or issues to supervisor.

10.Comply with regulatory laws, employee handbook, department policy and procedures, safety codes, etc.

11.Ensure that the operation of equipment, tools and materials are handled in a safe manner.

12.Promote internal guest service standards through courteous and respectful behavior.

13.Other transportation duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

1.Must have a valid state driver's license.

2.Must be insurable under WRC insurance coverage.

3.Able to drive all types of vehicles (manual and automatic).

4.Courteous, friendly and efficient with customers.

5.Physically fit - able to run, walk and stand for long periods of time, good visual acuity, work outside in adverse weather.

6.Effective communication skills - verbally able to provide instruction, respond to questions, and have exceptional interpersonal skills and abilities.

7.Exhibits a professional demeanor through appearance and by maintaining a positive attitude toward all employees and guests.

8.Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a criminal history background check.
