We are seeking two entry-level Vendor Audit Analysts to join our Vendor Audit team at our corporate headquarters in Midtown Cleveland, OH .
In this role, you will process invoices and related transactions for resale and non-inventory related purchases for locations operating within Omnex and SAP platform. Your attention to detail, ability to think analytically and strong interpersonal communication skills are important to us.
Verify price and receipt of material while analyzing and resolving critical or high dollar exceptions. Work with field locations to resolve exceptions.
Recommend process improvements surrounding the company’s invoice matching system.
Provide assistance to reconcile physical inventories and those with an emphasis on the company’s distribution centers.
Prepare accounts payable related general ledger account reconciliations.
Assist in tracking compliance with the company’s policy on purchase exception resolution for field locations.
Ensure that transactions and procedures are executed in accordance with general or specific authorization. Maintain accurate, complete and timely records of business transactions.
Write and deliver presentations and prepare reports as necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
Associates Degree with a concentration in Accounting
3 + months experience in an Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable role
Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Accounting
Strong Analytical Skills
Problem solving, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
