We are currently seeking a Vendor Management Analyst who will be responsible for assisting the Vendor Management team by supporting and acting as a liaison between Broadview’s vendors and internal organizations.
Specific accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Act as a single point of contact for all operational and support functions with vendors including:
Maintenance of all contact and escalation lists
Ensuring all documentation for vendor processes and procedures are current and available for all internal organizations including; ordering and provisioning, maintenance, and billing
Assistance with escalations and trouble resolution
Management of all performance measurement reporting
Management of Verizon profiles and vendor access/contact lists
Chair weekly meetings with Verizon’s account team and internal Broadview representatives and maintain tasks and status in register
Management of all incoming industry notifications from ILECs and alternate vendors including distribution, impact statements and filing of documentation
Manage contract updates to ASC (vendor contracts database)
Intranet Administrator for Vendor Management organization. Maintenance of the Broadview intranet website as it relates to vendor management files and documentation.
Vendor Management Ops Wiki Page maintenance. Further develop and expand the VM Ops Wiki pages to ensure that all process documentation, forms, ILEC and alternate vendor critical documentation is housed and maintained on the site
Develop and manage Alternate Vendor Summary and inventory reporting for all critical vendors as a tool for senior management
Candidate must be a self starter and utilize internal resources to assist in job functions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem solving and resource utilization are keys to success
Knowledge of ILEC (Special Access/UNE) and IXC pricing a plus
Must be proficient in Microsoft Access and Excel
3-5 years experience in the telecommunications industry preferred
Four year college degree preferred
