Job Description

Functional Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, responsible for overseeing relationships with external vendors.

Acts as the internal contact for receiving and resolving issues and concerns related to small and medium sized vendors.

Assists with developing and implementing process improvement solutions related to vendor processes and works with operating areas to implement.

Ensures vendor service level agreements are being met.

Completes requests for vendor proposals.

May assist in the development and negotiation of vendor contracts, contract standards and service level agreements that meet business needs.

Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
None but may provide guidance to lower staff members.

Key Competencies:
Working knowledge of supported business functions, systems and transactions.

3-4 years of related work experience.

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
