Global Business and Document Services (GBDS) is the corporation's primary print production and distribution unit for JPMorgan Chase. The Third Party Management Office (TPMO) is a centralized group within GBDS that manages the Third Party Oversight & Governance function for this line of business. This group provides consistent monitoring of all third party activity in order to ensure compliance to the Third Party Oversight (TPO) standard across the GBDS organization.
JPMorgan seeks a Vendor Risk Analyst that will be tasked with monitoring all assigned engagements and to ensure they are in compliance to the corporate standard.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Manage, monitor and track a pipeline of third party supplier's compliance to the Third Party Oversight program.
Act as a central point for all Engagement Request coming into GBDS TPMO group
Responsible for monitoring through various reports, tools, and system research for all engagements/services associated with the third party supplier.
Responsible for decision making on whether an assessment will apply in particular circumstances or could ultimately be waived due to an extenuating circumstance.
Monitor and ensure all applicable risk assessments are completed in the appropriate timeframe based on third party risk tier.
Understand all assessment issues and be able to explain the significance of the risk to the Delivery Manager and Third Party. Monitor and report remediation plan issues until the third party supplier has remediated all reported issues.
Update the appropriate systems, develop & issue reports and follow up with Delivery Managers and maintain documentation in accordance with all policies and procedures
Work with the Delivery Managers at all levels of the organization to fully understand and document the business needs and any identified solutions.
Assist in training Delivery and Senior Managers on the TPO procedures and systems
Work on special projects as required, administer meetings, produce documentation and coordinate actions
Knowledge and Skills
Good networking skills and proven experience with liaising with multiple teams.
Ability to interact with both JPMC and supplier management
Good time management and the ability to work unsupervised, a natural self-starter
Strong MS Office suite skills
Good presentation skills & Strong oral and written communication skills
Proven strong communication skills both written and oral
Ability to lead and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Bachelor's degree or significant previous equivalent work experience is preferred.
Previous Vendor Management experience is preferred.
High level knowledge of TPO standards preferred
Strong knowledge and experience with standard TPO systems
Outstanding analytical, organizational and research skills
