Perform analysis of acoustic, shock and vibration environments to predict these environments and understand options for mitigation. Utilize existing tools for applications of Acoustics, Finite Element, and Statistical Energy Analysis., as well as test and analysis functions.
This position will provide experience for Huntsville based analysis team for the prediction of Space Launch System component environments from acoustic induced vibrations. Requires use of computer analysis tools such as finite element (Nastran) and Statistical Energy Analysis (VA/One)
Minimum required technical qualifications:
Master's Degree and 20 years industry experience. Extensive experience with vibro-acoustic environments prediction and development.
