Grow distribution of NBA TV and NBA League Pass, including negotiation of affiliation agreements. Help administer those agreements and maintain relationships with distributors. Assist with other media-related agreements and issues.

Major Responsibilities
• Manage NBA TV and NBA League Pass affiliate sales, including outreach to potential distributors
• Directs the implementation of strategy for and the negotiation of NBA TV and League Pass affiliation agreements, including related VOD, broadband and wireless agreements
• Responsible for subscriber and new affiliate acquisition and revenue accountability
• Develop a pipeline and evaluate potential opportunities for future affiliate sales
• Provide financial analysis and modeling to senior level internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee management of existing NBA TV television distributors, including review monthly reporting by distributors
• Coordinate support of NBA TV and League Pass television distributors with NBA Digital
• Help review and manage NBA media-related agreements and relationships
Required Skills/Knowledge
• Television network/distributor relationships and trends
• All forms of video programming distribution
• Strong industry contacts
• Strong analytic and modeling skills, including proficiency in Excel
• Ability to negotiate and review/interpret agreements
Experience Needed
• 12+ years work experience (post-undergraduate) in television industry
• Broad range of experience in programming/affiliate negotiations
• Familiarity with opportunities in television (cable, satellite, IPTV), broadband, VOD, internet and wireless platforms
Educational Background Required
• College degree required
• Post-graduate degree preferred
