Job Description
Serve as a member of Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) Client Analytics team, creating processes and tools to assist business and finance executives to drive business growth and measure performance through key client metrics and banker evaluations. Support executives in analyzing and addressing strategic issues globally or in the regions and/or countries, such as key client metrics and opportunity identification. Advise finance executives on key strategic initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities in business processes, modeling business impact of future state design and managing changes to business processes. Develop comprehensive reports and analysis from client level data, such as global, regional and industry reports, to facilitate senior management business reviews and banker scorecards to track individual performance against client calling, revenue generation, and credit extension. Manage portfolio for Global Banking and broader CIB covering critical strategic initiatives across client coverage management, client profitability enhancements, account planning and banker portal interfaces. Responsible for portfolio and deliver with business objectives in mind, as well as daily project management of individual work streams .

Minimum education required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Strategy, Operations or a related field.

Minimum experience required: 2 years of experience performing corporate and investment banking/strategic planning functions on behalf of a global financial services institution, or related experience.

Skills required: Must have demonstrated knowledge of corporate and investment banking products offered by major financial institutions including Cash Management, Lending, Trade Finance, M&A and capital markets. Must have experience using industry databases such as CapIQ, Bloomberg and Dealogic to identify appropriate data to be used for client and competitive analysis. Must have demonstrated knowledge of underlying financial information, including measurement and tracking of performance metrics and indicators to drive business strategies, goals and objectives. Must have demonstrated knowledge of GAAP accounting and the impact of regulatory changes such as Basel capital requirements on client profitability. Must have business process re-engineering and project management experience. Must have experience working on multiple deliverables and executing projects with cross-functional teams in large, complex organizations.
