Responsible for global strategy across all products and services of assigned business segment; establish and maintain list pricing for all products and services; responsible for meeting product line revenue and profitability targets; identify, develop and launch new products as needed in support of the company's objectives; inform the sales organization while keeping them informed regarding product and services functionality, capabilities, limitations, competitive positioning and roadmaps; establish an excellent working relationship with assigned client and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service that West is providing; develop and implement strategic plans in order to proactively enhance the Company's ability to meet technical, implementation and product development needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration or a related field required
  • Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements
Experience

  • Minimum eight years of increasingly responsible management level experience in operations with a strong focus in product management required
  • Minimum three years supervisory experience required
  • Minimum two years experience providing support to top-level clients in a global/multi-location environment
Other

  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
