Vice Presidents are responsible for the leadership, management and quality of all client and teammate relationships, processes and outcomes on their watch. At Atomic, VPs are hands-on, player coaches and actively participate in research, strategy, writing, media relations and client contact. Plus budgeting, estimating and aligning revenue with resources to assure agency profitability.
VPs need to understand client issues at a business level and be capable of providing executive level counsel to senior client executives. Must be a compelling presenter, public speaker and strong new business contributor. Your experience and judgment must be sensitive and mature enough to work with little direct supervision, while proactively seeking agency executive input when the situation warrants.
Desired Skills & Experience
MUST currently hold an AD or VP position and have tech and consumer experience at another top public relations firm (candidates with prior agency experience who are currently in an in-house role will also be considered)
7-10 years of deep tech experience is required
Proven team manager and player
Well developed, agency-relevant client and personal network relationships
Mastery of classical PR skills plus emerging media disciplines
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
Must have experience leading and managing teams
Outstanding writing skills
Strong leadership skills
Strong client relations skills
