Job Title: Vice President of North

Accounts to: President / CEO
Will report to the President and assume a strategic role in developing and
expanding the impact and reach of RBC throughout North America.
Will assume responsibility and be accountable for the effectiveness of ministry
strategy within North America. Therefore, will have an oversight role/authority
in holding operating teams accountable in the effective delivery of agreed upon
ministry & operational plans (ministry content strategies and
implementation; marketing strategies; operational service strategies and

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Works in cooperation with the SVP of Ministry Efforts to develop and produce
ministry efforts that are effective and impactful to assigned territory needs.
Works to define and establish the most effective means of developing effective
ministry to each Ministry Grouping’s target audiences. Assures strong support
and cooperation in the development of Ministry Efforts for assigned territories.
Works in cooperation with the SVP of Ministry Services to coordinate the most
efficient and effective support services for the specific strategies agreed upon
in effectively reaching and serving North American audiences.
Works with SVP of Finance/CFO to assure that financial strategies and
performance are effectively managed with the financial strategies and
assumptions agreed upon.
Supports the CEO/Global Executive Team in the implementation of ministry
strategies within assigned region. Is responsible for effectively serving the
CEO/GET in the development of effective overall ministry strategy.
Secures appropriate agreements with GET and related teams (Ministry
Efforts/Ministry Services/Finance/etc) for the programs, ministry initiatives,
objectives and policies with respect to assigned territory.
Oversees/coordinates the development of the operational plan and budget for the
regional plan (objectives and budget). It is critical that this position
oversees the regional annual plan and has responsibility for the ministry
objectives and financial plan in support of it.
Develops within assigned territory opportunities for expanding Ministry outreach
(agreed upon Ministry Efforts).
Responsible for ensuring the provision of efficient service delivery to the
Ministry’s Readers, Users and target audience within the assigned territory.
Responsible for managing the Ministry’s external communication within the
Study or Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required.
Master's degree preferred.
Minimum five years senior management experience.
Extensive administrative background.
Must have experience that demonstrates strong leadership skills with ability to
form and maintain a team environment.
