Objective
The VIP Client Relations Manager will be responsible for elevating the customer experience in the South Florida Flagship store through management of the VIP salon. Focus will be placed on growing Top 100 Clients, recruitment of new high potential clients to the brand and increasing brand desirability. Responsibility includes management and coaching of team members to achieve goals.
Ideal Profile
The ideal profile is someone with strong business acumen, coming from luxury goods (retail or wholesale) and with an excellent CRM orientation. Latin America wholesale sales manager willing to stop travelling are very welcome, providing they understand luxury retail.
Job Description
Human Resources: Develop and manager staff, recruits candidates, coach and train team members, develop Very Important Clients plans
Manage the Very Important Clients Salon: Coordinate other Miami stores’ Very Important Clients, manage use, access and appointments of the Salon, oversee inventory and merchandising of the salon
General Management: follow store policies and procedures, manage inventory counts, maintain excellent relationship with store personnel at all levels, be consistent in using IT systems, stay updated with company and competition news, maintain very professional appearance
Drive Clienteling Efforts: focus on growing the top 100 clients, recruit new high potential clients, develop action plans and ensure execution, develop opportunities with local market, participate in all product and customer service trainings
Provide Personal Shopping Services: build and maintain VIC/VIP book, communicate regularly with clients and grow relationships, propose and facilitate exceptional customer experiences, assist with special requests,
Requirements
Luxury retail experience preferred
Sales background preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree required
