Position Purpose:
To provide vision, leadership and management to the William Jewett Tucker Foundation and to promote and advance its mission of supporting and nurturing the moral and spiritual lives of Dartmouth students and the broader Dartmouth community.

Skills & Knowledge:
Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills Demonstrated competence in fiscal and personnel management and long range planning Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills; ability to think and speak clearly and forcefully about issues of conscience, morality and the construction of meaning Understanding of how moral life intersects with social action Must be a strong advocate for diversity with proven ability to work with a diverse population

Minimum Experience:
Six years of relevant experience working with students and faculty in an educational setting

Minimum Education:
Master's degree in Philosophy, Theology, Human Development or a related area Terminal degree (Ph.D or Th.D) is highly desirable, but not required
