The Manship School of Mass Communication at Louisiana State University is seeking applicant for a one-year Visiting Instructor beginning in August 2014 and ending in May 2015, to teach undergraduate public relations courses. Public relations is one of our core areas and includes public relations writing, campaigns and management, research and strategic social media.
This Visiting Instructor will teach three undergraduate public relations courses per semester for one year. Courses may include public relations writing, public relations research and/or strategic social media. Employee will also advise a student organization, Public Relations Student Society of America.
Master's degree in Mass Communication or related field and two years professional experience in public relations OR Bachelor's degree and 10 years of professional experience in public relations.
