Responsibilities
Work across functional groups to design end-to-end user experience from the ground up
Craft site flows and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas
Define user task flows and intuitive design concepts that promote usability and optimize user experience
Comprehensive understanding of current web technologies and best practices
Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines
Proactive self-starter who takes ownership and works well independently and as part of a team
BS or MS from top university in Graphic Design or related field
