Â Â Â *Â Â Â Detailed design including interactive elements, icons, and motion
Â Â Â *Â Â Â Testing design with simple prototypes and motion tests
Â Â Â *Â Â Â Presenting to the team and management
Â Â Â *Â Â Â Contributing to the style guide and design patterns
Â Â Â *Â Â Â Collaborating with interaction designers, developers, and QA to refine interaction and implement designs
Â Â Â *Â Â Â Staying fresh and contributing to the creative environment
Â Â Â *Â Â Â Learning about our users and their aesthetic and interaction sensibilities
Â Â Â *Â Â Â Advocating for and delivering design excellence in everything we make
We're looking for someone to come share our vision for the future of Patch
Â Â Â *Â Â Â 3+ years of interactive experience and formal training (either agency or in-house experience ok)
Â Â Â *Â Â Â Layout skills and an experienced eye for color & typography
Â Â Â *Â Â Â A solid understanding of designing user interfaces with complex interaction and motion
Â Â Â *Â Â Â Strong conceptual thinking Intimate knowledge of relevant industry tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Â Â Â *Â Â Â Strong leadership skills - ability to collaborate with and guide production designers
Â Â Â *Â Â Â Experience collaborating with interaction designers, developers, and product/project managers
