Design and install NICE voice recording software at client locations.
Integrate NICE software with PBX systems (Avaya, Nortel, Aspect, Cisco Call Manager) to record inbound and outbound calls.
Record agent desktop screens via TCP/IP for QA review and analysis.
Use Remote Desktop and PC Anywhere to access client systems for installation and repair.
Document all installations and repairs for Supervisors, Project Managers, and clients.
Provide high level onsite and telephone customer support.
Experience with Trading Turrets (IPC, BT and Orange) a plus.
CCNA or CCNA in voice a plus.
