The Voice Support Engineer's responsibility is to support Service Provider voice networks for our client base of Telephone, Cable and Municipality based service providers. This is a long term contracting assignment.
The Voice Support Engineer will be expected to maintain, troubleshoot, operate and handle moves/adds/changes for TDM and Softswitch Voice deployments. Including but not limited to translations and migrations.
Expertise: prefer candidates with expertise as noted below
Nortel DMS 10 and DMS 100
2 or more years of experience in Telecommunications or Voice deployment preferred.
Experience and proficiency in specific computer skills, including effective utilization of windows based applications, including MS Office (Word, Advanced Excel Applications, Powerpoint and Outlook).
Ability to receive and apply training to operate CHR internal software applications as well as new software applications as required by project/client
