Execute testing, perform issue identification and resolution for commercial services delivery via VoIP. Create test plans for business services delivery via VoIP in a Broadsoft environment. Specific integration tasks include Centrex and T-1 level services, IP/PBX, Hosted IP/PBX, and SIP Trunking. Coordinate testing services to include writing of test plans, formulating feature descriptions and hand-off for implementation. Entry of requirements, test plans, etc. in QualityCenter. Relevant fields include certification of: BroadSoft VoiceManager, SIP to IAD, and SIP to PBX technologies, systems and services. Prior hands on technical experience working with at least one of the above type systems is required.
Working knowledge of SIP , TCP/IP and Call Routing
Expert level knowledge of call features, call types, dialplans and call scenarios involved in an end user experience
Knowledge of endpoints and deployments, including expert level knowledge of at least one or more of the following: SIP PBX, Traditional PBX, IP Phones (Cisco or Polycomm), ATA/MTAs, SIP IADs, other SIP to FXS gateways
Experience executing test plans, test scenarios and schedules for all testing and QA activities including entry into QC (Test Director)
Experience setting up test lab, planning test equipment and resources
