Windows Azure Group Sr. HR Manager,

If yes, this is an opportunity you don’t want to miss as a Senior HR Manager on the STB HR Org Aligned team supporting the approximately 2,000 employee Windows Azure group.
Key Accountabilities include but are not limited to:
Serving as a key member of the WAG engineering leadership teams to drive business results by applying your HR expertise, implementing organization and people strategies that drive the WAG and STB business agenda forward.
Partnering with and coaching client leaders to facilitate organization and culture change.
Leading implementation and facilitation of core HR programs and HR ROB activities such as employee relations, performance management, diversity and inclusion, MS Poll planning, employee and manager development efforts, midyear check-in and performance review.
Partnering with client leaders and leadership teams to secure strong commitment, support and sponsorship for the STB people plan and other projects and initiatives
Consulting with clients to drive organization design and execution of re-organizations through developing case for change, change management plan, and communications.
Key Qualifications Include:
Excellent track record of success and sustained strong performance
Ability to prioritize and manage HR Programs in a complex and matrixed business environment
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with ability to apply quantitative analysis to HR programmatic outcomes and regularly supplied business reports to assess opportunity for continuous improvement
Strong business acumen and people acumen, and proven ability to effectively influence business leaders at an executive level
Ability to partner across HR to deliver effective business solutions
Deep experience with delivery of HR ROB
Employee Relations - Build management capability to facilitate an open, inclusive, Microsoft values-based environment that enables effective employee relations. Ensure role is perceived as an objective employee resource and escalation path for unresolved employee relations issues.
BS/BA degree required, MBA or an advanced degree in HR preferred
7 - 10 years of relevant work experience
