Overall job objective: Perform physical activities within a process area of the operation center. Operations center process areas include: shipping, QA/Billing, order processing, stocking, receiving, returns yearly physical inventory and cycle counts.
Pick order according to pick ticket
Ensure country of origin is indicated on pick tickets when necessary
Scan serial number when need it.
Pack items in appropriate cartons when need it.
Place completed orders in designated shipping areas
Stock product in appropriate location
Make sure quantities match with put away label.
Look for damaged or non-sellable condition products and report to ISC or supervisor.
Archive put away labels for future research.
Safety and Housekeeping
Maintain aisles and/or areas assigned clean and well organized consistently.
Operate and maintain power equipment in proper condition
Observe and follow all safety procedures in place
Report any unsafe work condition immediately

Ability to lift 70 pounds
Able to work occasional evenings.
Warehouse environment – Dusty, no air conditioning / fluorescent lights
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years warehouse experience
Good verbal and written communication skills
Professional telephone etiquette
Ability to resolve difficult situations by applying past practices and principles
Motivated and positive attitude
Ability to multi-task and handle stressful situations
