Schedule and coordinate cycle counts in an efficient and timely manner to meet the needs of materials management and ABC requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Analyze and investigate any differences to determine causes then make the appropriate adjustments in SAP.
Have a complete knowledge of all operations and can cycle count any area.
Able to read, understand and utilize the various reports available in SAP.
Be able to visually identify product at its various stages and relate this to its location in SAP.
Communicate to supervisors and manager’s inventory accuracy and causes for discrepancies found on each cycle count and offer suggestions to improve the accuracy.
Coordinate and Assist in annual stock take. Communicate with auditors the process followed and results of audits.
Maintain orderly and efficient storage of all materials.
Release, Pick Job Orders as required by Business activities.
Perform basic Inspection requirements ensuring that we have picked and packed exactly to the Customer Purchase Orders and our Sales Orders
Assist with audits of cycle count activities.
Make collection and deliveries using company vehicle as required by business activities.
Identify and implement materials storage / handling improvements
Assist with other duties and company functions to maintain operations.
Assist in the company continuous improvement activities.

Job Requirements/ Qualifications
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The right candidate will ideally be required to have 3 years Warehouse experience along with a Materials Handling background from working within a Manufacturing Based Operation.
They will also be required to have:
Experience of stock control, material movement and management.
A proven track record and a license to use Fork Lift Trucks.
Knowledge and experience of working within SAP.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
A knowledge and understanding of Lean Enterprise and associated Lean Tools.
Language Skills: Candidate must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction and procedure manuals. They should be able to follow a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule formats.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic math functions by hand, including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of both internet and Manufacturing software.
Other Skills and Abilities: Ability to become fork truck operator and ability to operate various material handling equipment, such as nail guns, saws, and painting equipment.
