Responsibilities include any of the following activities related to the receiving, storing, and/or shipping of materials or finished goods: ensures materials are received from proper vendors, that they are delivered to inventory, and that finished goods are packaged according to specification and shipped in a timely manner. Reviews receipt of all materials to ensure purchase orders are open and the quality of materials received is correct. Ensures compliance with CTPAT and ISO. Ensures materials are available to meet productions schedules and/or products are shipped as per marketing schedules. Establishes and modifies operational methods and procedures. Maintains documentation to reflect the effectiveness and efficiency of department activities. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage receiving and shipping for all raw materials, finished goods & RMAs.
Take care of all outbound customer shipments in a timely manner.
Track all in transit/inbound shipments from suppliers and ensure receipts on time.
Set up process in order for all PODs to have a turnaround within 24-48 hours.
Work with transportation companies to negotiate the best prices for both inbound and outbound shipments.
Make sure ISO requirements are met and aggressively work on preventive actions.

Bachelor's degree required
5-7 years experience in warehouse management
Forklift certified
Great communication skills
