This position's main duty is to pick orders, pack appropriately, and help load them onto the trucks. Duties will also include aspects of checking product into the facilities, restocking shelves, inventory control, and warehouse sanitation.
DUTIES
Using a pick-ticket, pick items for route various orders.
Palletize orders according to routes.
Place parcel shipments on appropriate stations.
Shrink-wrap orders.
Stock shelves when necessary.
Communicate with Lead Picker or Lead Restocker when product is overstocked.
Correctly fill out all paperwork, including the pick sheet.
Use EZ Labor to clock in and out. Need to make sure to swipe card on every punch.
Clean warehouse as needed, including emptying trash and cleaning floors.
Understand and follow all SOPs pertaining to Warehouse.
Communicate with the Lead on inventory discrepancies.
Maintain a positive attitude.
Change work pace to match needs of Warehouse.
Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Consistently lifting up to 60 lbs.
Load customer Will Calls.
Maintain a 99.9% accuracy per line picked
Run company errands as requested.
Assist with inventory control as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Detail-oriented, good organizational skills, reading, spelling and math skills and High School equivalent. *Using a pick-ticket, pick items for route various orders.
