Processing all incoming deliveries into the Almac Pharma Services Audubon warehouse including works order related materials, consumable items, customer supplied materials, capital items and any other materials as appropriate. Completion of the receipt transaction on the ERP system and subsequent labeling of these materials prior to their location within the warehouse. Picking materials for production operations. Preparing finished goods for distribution and completion of the associated ERP transactions. Completion of Perpetual stock counts as requested.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Process all incoming deliveries into the Almac Pharma Services warehouse.
Perform receipts into the inventory system in accordance with SOP’s and cGMP’s.
Prepare materials for Quality Control inspection and release.
Issue materials to and receive materials from production operations in accordance with SOP’s and cGMP’s.
Ensure all material is labeled and stored correctly and protected against damage and deterioration.
Pick finished goods in preparation for their dispatch. Prepare all finished goods for distribution in accordance with SOP’s, observing any additional customer-specific requirements.
Ensure storage locations are reflected accurately within electronic inventory control systems. Accurately maintain all relevant paperwork, logbooks and records utilized throughout the warehouse operations.
Complete all electronic transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
Safe and competent use and operation of forklift trucks and material handling equipment.
Maintain the warehouse environment to the highest possible standard of housekeeping and cGMP.
Provide regular updates to the Warehouse Coordinator, Supervisor and Manager as appropriate, regarding work allocation, highlighting any potential issues or delays in availability of material for use in production operations.
Maintain good working relationships within Almac.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Warehouse Experience required (1-2 years preferably)
Fork lift experience required
Potential to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand and move throughout the day
Eyesight must meet current company Vision Policy requirements for acuity and color blindness
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Computer experience; some experience with the electronic inventory control systems preferred
Works well alone and with others in a team environment.
Ability to work outside normal business hours and weekends if required
