Detailed Requirements:
MANAGEMENT ~ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing in a warehouse or distribution center
LEADERSHIP ~ Client requires someone who has successful record of leading and communicating with a team of 30-plus warehouse and distribution personnel
BUSINESS BACKGROUND ~ Solid business / management background in Warehousing or Distribution
TECHNOLOGY Ability to utilize systems technology and processes to manage inventory, ship product and solve problems
METRICS ~ Understanding the operation numbers, what they mean and how they are indicative of success or need to make changes
SHIPPING ~ Experience with UPS and FedEx parcel and postal shipments is important
COMMUNICATION ~ Strong verbal skill sets and a good background working with a diverse culture
TENURE ~ Looking for a leader who has exhibited a stable work and management background
