Job Opportunity: CARGO WAREHOUSE AGENT
Reporting To: Cargo Supervisor/Cargo Manager

Role:
To efficiently and profitably perform all assigned warehouse duties as needed in the warehouse operations, through providing a quality work over a range of cargo warehouse services to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Load/unload air cargo from/to trucks and airplanes using an industrial forklift
- Prepare and palletise cargo as needed
- Make sure paperwork related to the cargo is correct
- Assure proper handling and delivery of cargo and operation of related equipment
- Follow Dangerous Goods requirements and regulations
- Maintain work area clean and organized
- Perform other duties as required by management.

Requirements:
· Excellent attendance and punctuality
· Able to pass a drug screening
· Valid Driver’s licence and clean driving records
· Able to pass an FBI criminal background check
· Customer focus and quality awareness
· Cargo Agent operations, freight building, forklift certified, DG’s skills prefferable
· Good math skills
· Able to obtain and maintain an Airport Security Badge and US Customs Seal.
· Excellent Communication skills English (spoken and written)
· Flexible and available to work any assigned schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
· Able to lift up to 45 lbs. on regular bases

Job Opportunity: TRAFFIC OFFICE AGENT
Reporting To: Cargo Supervisor/Cargo Manager

Role:
To efficiently and profitably perform all assigned traffic office duties as needed in the warehouse operations, through providing a quality work over a range of cargo warehouse and customer services to our clients and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Verifies and keeps records on import and export cargo
- Maintain applicable safety and quality standards
- Prepare airline and US Customs Documentation
- Make sure paperwork is prepared timely and accurately
- Comply with other general office duties as assigned
- Make sure paperwork related to the cargo is correct before release it
- Assure proper compliance with local and international laws and regulations
- Follow Dangerous Goods requirements and regulations, SOP, and company’s policy

Requirements:
· Excellent attendance and punctuality
· Able to pass a drug screening
· Valid Driver’s licence and clean driving records
· Able to pass an FBI criminal background check
· Customer focus and quality awareness
· Computer literate and data entry skills
· Excellent math skills
· Able to obtain and maintain an Airport Security Badge and US Customs Seal.
