Tech USA is currently seeking a Drinking/Waste Water Specialist to be a part of a dynamic and diverse team. We are looking for a seasoned, team oriented, quality minded, and motivated individual to join an internationally recognized, accredited laboratory.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
•Safely driving to designated locations and collecting water samples from residential homes and businesses
•Performing routine drinking and waste water analyses
•Preparing subcontracted testing for shipment
•Completing all required quality control and proficiency testing
•Completing all required documentation
•Effectively serving customers
•Successfully complete MDE drinking water sampler certification
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
•Associate’s degree (A.A.) in a science field from accredited college or university; one to two years experience in drinking water testing preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
•Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs including, Word and Excel
•Must be able to lift 35 pound waste water sampling apparatus
•State-issued driver’s license, clean driving and criminal records required
•MDE certified sampler preferred
•Communicates professionally in-person and over the phone
•Excellent organizational, detail-orientated, and has the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
