Duties include website management and the ongoing implementation of online marketing initiatives including pay-per-click ads, banner ads, re-marketing, blogging, email, social media, landing pages and associated web content; implementation of best practices for conversion funnels and click through rates; concept creation and technical implementation of online content including customer contact forms, landing pages, social platforms, and promotions.
Associate’s degree in marketing, computer science, business, or related field is required;
Demonstrated proficiency with developing and maintaining online PPC / CPC campaigns
Demonstrated proficiency with marketing content creation and strategy implementation
Familiarity with email marketing best practices
Expertise in SEO , SEM , and web content development
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and prioritize competing deadlines
In conjunction with the Director of New Media, develop, monitor, and maintain content for the College website in support of enrollment campaigns including forms, landing pages, and other content; implement comprehensive online campaign components to support divisional enrollment campaign goals
Create content for College’s web-based and new media outlets such as websites, third party social media pages and feeds, email newsletters, and other marketing and public relations materials
Manage the ongoing maintenance and improvements to the college’s website; implement and maintain Search Engine Optimization ( SEO ) of all website pages to raise visibility and perception of the college and to inspire connection and community with prospective students and other constituents
Cultivate online dialogue with students through the College’s social media outlets to gain insight through user-generated content and respond to feedback (user-generated) in real-time and assist the Director of New Media in social media monitoring and community management
Ensure the College’s online content is accurate, timely, informative, search engine optimized, and compliant with applicable standards
Assist the Director of New Media in testing, data collection, and analysis (Google Analytics and others) for evaluation purposes
Implement dynamic online content, such as slideshows, banner ads, landing pages, contact forms, videos, and social content to support a rich user experience to online audiences utilizing inbound marketing concepts
Assist division with email marketing initiatives including content creation, list management, deployment, tracking & reporting
Serve as member of College committees as required
Maintain hourly logs of projects completed, time and effort reports, etc.
Interact with external vendors/contractors as required relative to online products and services
Perform other duties as assigned
