Job Description:
Alight Analytics is seeking a Web Analytics Reporting Analyst - Google Analytics to join our Reporting Production team. We are a quickly growing marketing measurement and web analytics company and are looking for a talented person to develop into a measurement expert and thought leader as the business grows. Experience helps, but what we are most interested in is intelligence, a strong work ethic, a naturally curious mind and a passion for marketing analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather data daily from various internal and external sources.
Format, sort and record data to conform to pre-defined templates and system requirements.
Remain in constant communication with internal client reporting team.
Work with internal team members to coordinate all required reporting elements throughout the campaign process.
Work with internal teams to resolve reporting issues as they arise.
Help to develop efficient workflows for multiple processes.
Take on additional projects as the need arises.
Perform quality assurance on client-facing reporting and analysis for data accuracy, consistency and grammar.
Qualifications:
B.A. or B.S. degree (or expected) required.
Experience using resources such as Google Analytics, Omniture SiteCatalyst, WebTrends or Google AdWords.
6 months experience working (or internships) in marketing services, web marketing or ad agency preferred.
Strong working knowledge of Excel (in addition to proficiency in standard MS Office programs).
Position requires hands-on person with excellent analytical and computer skills.
Complex problem solving skills and ability to work with large amounts of data.
Good communication skills.
Must have the ability to handle multiple deadlines and projects.
Strong mathematical abilities.
Understand cost-reduction principles and how to implement goals.
Perform well in environment that values leadership, independence, efficiency, dependability, and organization.
Experience or desire to work in a small, entrepreneurial environment.
Salary Range: $28,000-$38,000/year
