BH Media Group, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is looking for a Web Analytics Specialist to join our team. This position will :
- Monitor user traffic in terms of page views, unique visitors, visits for websites, mobile web, applications and related products, and provide weekly roll-up of the network activity.
- Gather and organize reports from available analytics platforms, and build data into a presentable format to be used for forecasting and accounting purposes. Identify holes in existing processes and push for actionable solutions. Document the process so that tasks can be covered by other personnel, and workflow can be scaled to include new sites and properties.
- Provide management with reporting that includes page impressions sold by category including: local sales, national sales (remnant), house ads, and available but not sold. In addition, provide cpm for same categories. Additional reporting to include page impressions projected to derive available for-sale information for our sales teams.
Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication, critical thinking skills, punctuality and be a self-starter. The job will require a degree of independent working with minimal direction.
Required Job Skills/Experience:
Bachelor of Arts or Science in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
2-4 years of experience in web design, digital publishing, advertising operations or equivalent.
