DUTIES

In this role, you will make an impact on the strategic direction of our Web branch and the Credit Union by providing high-quality service in response to the needs of our members, fellow employees and subsidiary organizations.

Your key job responsibilities include:
  • Web Support:
oRespond to web design and other web support requests.
oWork with outside vendors, IT Department and Web Director to solve problems.
oHelp coordinate upgrades of Connect-24 Web Banking and other Credit Union web sites.
oProvide web statistics, reports and data requests as required.
oWork with colleagues to develop project timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Assist with our Connect Intranet administration needs.
  • Prepare progress reports to update management of project status and deviation from goals.
  • Evaluate new technology for applicability to Credit Union strategies.
  • Work to deliver high quality service to members and fellow employees.
QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Computer Science or related field.
  • One to three years web design experience and knowledge of graphic design and deployment.
  • Proficiency Adobe Photoshop, HTML/HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and other markup languages.
  • Experience with ASP.NET and PHP is a plus!
  • Excellent oral, written and auditory communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong problem resolution skills, and desire to operate in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment.
