Super Duper is looking for a happy person who has FANTASTIC responsive web-design skills! You’ll be designing a responsive ecommerce website to meet both business and customer needs across multiple platforms —all related to the marketing and advertising of our products for “Kids with Special Needs”! Think fun, think colorful, think kid-friendly design! Primary Duties:
Design, color, lay out, and produce artwork and related design work using computer graphic programs to support all needs of Super Duper’s need to produce and advertise its products and services.
Create and modify web pages and other web documents using designs, templates, and content from digital text, and graphic files, and actual products.
Work closely in concert with front-end and back-end developers to effectively implement ecommerce and informational web platforms.
Support inter-departmental, editorial, proofing, and testing processes in the modification and development of web pages or other documents.
Support online marketing efforts such as mass emails, search engine optimization, or online advertising-related activities.
Maintain records of new, completed, and future projects.
Maintain up-to-date graphic arts software.
Other responsibilities as needed and assigned.

Position Requirements:
Four-year college degree in related fields OR 3-5 years related experience preferred.
Computer skills: Extremely proficient with graphic applications including, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or comparable software.
Strong user interface, consumer-focused web design, and branding experience encouraged.
Strong working knowledge of the needs and designs regarding traditional, tablet, and mobile web design patterns and interactions required.
Experience with front-end web technologies (CSS, HTML) and wider marketing concepts (SEO, analytics, data-driven design decisions) encouraged.
Strong organizational and time management skills required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
