Development Support/Help Desk Coordinator/Documentation
Description: Development Support Modifies applications programs from detailed specifications. Codes, tests, debugs, documents and maintains those programs This level is staffed by beginners who have had sufficient educational background and/or experience to qualify them to start in applications programming. Help Desk Responsible for ensuring the timely process through which problems are controlled. Includes problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up steps. Requires experience and understanding of software environment. Is able to resolve less complex problems immediately, while more complex problems are assigned to second level support or supervisor. Documentation Prepares and/or maintains systems, programming and operations documentation, including user manuals. Maintains a current internal documentation library.
Skills include web programming, 2-4 years with experience in HTML, CSS, jQuery. Any experience in Java or JSP desired. Customer service, technical support and writing/documentation skills also required.This level is staffed by beginners who have had sufficient educational background and/or experience to qualify them to start in applications programming.
