Industry Weapon is looking for a Web Developing Ninja who has the talent and persona to work in a fast paced environment and the ability to create amazing online experiences. Template junkies need not apply! The ideal candidate will constantly be exploring new technologies and implementing web experiences that not only entertain our customers and partners, but more importantly continually improve our ability to communicate our latest product and service developments. Essential Functions / Required Skills:
  • Maintain and continually develop the Industry Weapon website including our eCommerce platform, sales and support portals
  • Maintain and develop customer websites
  • Code in HTML / HTML5, CSS and CSS3
  • Experience and comfortable with javascript libraries such as jQuery or prototype
  • Experience in PHP/mySQL and working with MVC frameworks such as Codeigniter or Yii
  • Experience with Expression Engine CMS
  • Being able to work with UI assets and comfortable adjusting for different devices and displays (retina, etc)
  • Comfortable working with / building REST APIs
  • Experience with JS frameworks such as angular.js or backbone.js
  • Usage of development tools such as LESS, SASS and Coffeescript
  • Knowledge of other languages
Education / Experience:
  • Bachelors Degree or business experience in related field

Inside Account Executive The ideal Inside Account Executive at Industry Weapon is someone who is passionate, talented, and energetic. We are looking for someone with more energy than they know what to do with! Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is willing to learn. An Inside Account Executive should come in with the determination to conquer the world, but have the ability to learn and adapt to already established processes and techniques that have been refined by the existing sales team. The candidate must be able to establish outstanding client and partner relationships on a day to day basis to not only drive business but to also be the most forward facing piece of new customer and new partner relations. Candidate must have an intuitive understanding of social situations and aggressively work towards presenting our company in a positive light.

Essential Functions:
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings with customers and partners
  • Participate in conference calls, Web Ex presentations and any other interaction based meetings required to drive business
  • Log details and follow up activities from customer and partner conversations
  • Maintain and report on active opportunity pipelines
  • Create presentations as required for sales opportunities
  • Generate reports as specified by management
Required Skills:
  • Highly motivated with a strong attention to detail
