Reporting to the IT Administrator for the College of Nursing, responsibilities will include developing and maintaining a variety of web applications and programs. The candidate will design, code, test, implement, debug and help maintain intranet and internet web applications; develop programs and modules for on-line courses and faculty evaluation systems; assist with server maintenance; program servers to ensure functionality. This position will provide customer support to faculty and staff of the college including, making updates, develop and update user guides, and train new clients and content management system. The candidate will research new web technologies and tools and prototype new web-sites for demonstration purposes and maintain project status reports for dissenination at weekly meetings.
BS in in information technology, web-design or computer-related field
2-3 years related experience
experience working in an academic or healthcare setting
