The Web Development Manager will be responsible for creating and developing codes while leading a team in developing new and existing features for the Interactive Video Business Unit.

  • Manage a team which includes a range of skill levels of Front-End and Back-End Developers to maintain web applications
  • Responsible for developing and designing new codes that are usable and are up to industry standards
  • Facilitate communication with members of both technical and business teams
  • Directly manage the performance of the development team to ensure objectives are met
  • Coordinate with other teams on the design, integration, QA, and support of these features
  • Contribute to the quality and success of new features and sites
  • Stay abreast of new development tools and technology
  • Develop, mentor, and evaluate team performance and provide feedback
  • Be on-call and respond to after hour issues
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree
  • 3+ years of management responsibilities with at least 5 full-time employee direct reports
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience on a LAMP platform.
  • Experience in building a website from the ground up from design to launch to
  • Must be comfortable with adult content
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Be able to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and short or longer term project release cycle
  • Ability to self-organize and work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork skills, and ability to influence cross-functionally
  • Detailed-oriented and ability to manage priorities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and across departments to sell ideas and manage resources
  • High degree of honesty and integrity
  • Deadline oriented and multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
  • Team-player, positive attitude and flexible
  • Must be comfortable with adult content
  • Must be at least 21 years old
