Primary responsibility of this position is to focus on developing, managing and executing operational processes and tasks in support of web production, programming and operations. The individual will also have consulting responsibilities for various web-based marketing projects and will be expected to facilitate and build working relationships with internal foundation, program and support organizations, including Merchandising and Customer Fulfillment, Convention and Events Management, Alumni, Foundation, Education and Partner Services. Position will focus on day-to-day support of the Content Editors and the posting of new content daily, the graphic design elements of the site, refreshing various look-and feel aspects including navigation within approved Web structures, and support to the IT Operations team for all maintenance activities. Also responsible for Web usability maintenance, and improvements. In addition, the Web Manager is responsible for implementing the ongoing development of the corporation & all product websites. This role will require in-depth technical knowledge, and the ability to effectively work with internal/external stakeholders to capture business requirements for all websites.
Interact with Content Editors to provide technical review and upload site content.
Create and edit Web pages, documents and graphics on assigned projects.
Review site statistics and update links.
Assist in justifying program spend through formal business planning processes
Website enhancements and periodic testing of current software updates and new version releases
Design and send mass e-mails for customer groups using bulk e-mail program.
Read and reply to Webmaster e-mails, participate in Web team production meetings, and create and maintain top-level index pages.
Work with creative team to drive graphic elements for annual site refresh, assist with on-site convention Web coverage and calendar, and update annual production/promotion calendar within brand guidelines.
Participate on development project teams to represent and enforce branding and design standards.

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Web Design, Web Graphics, Graphic Design, Marketing or related field required.
Minimum of five years previous relevant experience in multimedia marketing, communications , web and / or social media management.
Three years professional experience in Web content development, design or graphic design field. One (1) year professional Web development experience also required.
Experience with ExactTarget, Google Analytics, CRM systems and database management.
