Incumbent is responsible for implementing and analyzing A/B and multi-variate testing campaigns to improve web conversion rates and consumer experience at AngiesList.com.
Create and implement a consistent and stable testing environment for online marketing team.
Work with web designers and business owners to prioritize and implement weekly online tests to improve conversion rates at AngiesList.com
Perform data analysis to interpret test results and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Types of analysis may include: online click-stream analysis, guest purchase behavior, trend analysis, statistical modeling and report development.
Provide A/B testing methodology and test design best practices to other areas of business.
Set up and lead regularly scheduled online testing review meetings with designers and business owners.
Translate methodologies into testing requirements to ensure high quality and stable implementations.
4-year Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing and/or Business or related area of study or equivalent work experience
2 years of experience conducting analysis using web analytics tools like Adobe/Omniture and Google Analytics
2 years of experience with online testing and tools like Adobe Test & Target
Experience using advanced analytical techniques and statistical methodologies
