Good understanding of the ITIL process ,Incident & Change Management

Mainframe would be preferable

Tools Knowledge : HPSM , Clear quest ,Control-M , Tuxedo

Client Environment : Weblogic , Linux , Solaris , Apache ,Tomcat.
