Business Process Outsourcing
People within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Typically, people in BPO are based permanently at a client location. BPO helps clients develop and deliver business process innovations with cutting-edge outsourcing services. will have the following key responsibilies:
File management, including content handoffs
File Conflict resolution for work in progress in multiple work streams
Branch (work stream) management, including baseline tasks, monitoring for edited files forward merge process
Update the release environment worksheet
Pre and Post release tasks, including Release Readiness and checklist, conflict resolution, and synch
Document checklist and standardized process for branch management, content handoffs, and release readiness
Maintains knowledge of all product website structure, taxonomy, hierarchy and templates
Works with release management teams to coordinate publishing releases for maintenance
Interfaces with cross-functional team members, including in-house creative production team, HTML team, web development and systems managers, business partners, third party vendors, and Project Managers as needed
Works closely with members of other areas and technology teams to resolve CMS related issues.
Supports ongoing CMS development by influencing and documenting CMS requirements
Supports ongoing development and modifications by testing and reporting defects
Understands process and procedures as necessary to support all aspects of CMS maintenance and development; encourages process changes as appropriate
Bachelors Degree or four additional years work experience
Minimum of 3 years web content management experience
Uunderstanding of the web development project lifecycle
Preferred to have some release handling experiences
Web publishing experience
Experience managing communications through website planning, management, and production
Credit card operations and logistics knowledge
Consumer banking application development and maintenance experience
Interwoven Teamsite experience
Basic knowledge of TeamSite, or a similar content management tool
Project management skills

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
Excellent English communication/presentation skills, both oral and written
Identify innovative ways to implement projects within established timeframes
Ability to work with other development and maintenance teams in different countries working towards the same goals
